I will talk as a manager today, cuz I too have my artist who work in the industry, get sponsors, brands, & roles in movies. As a manager I've seen brands not seeing another artist in a good eye if they see his FC always making trouble in between themselves & with others FCs. (1)
I'll also wonder why he cant speak up cuz I don't want my artists fans and his fans to fight if they work together. If my boy can address fans, make them behave I expect the same on the other side. But fans wars are petty & I could close eye on it as long as collab goes well. (2)
But what is shameful and bring pain to an artist is when Fans think they are allowed everything just because they "support". Demanding attention, demanding rewards, demanding this and that..especially to brands or producers, production team of his work. That will make me run. (3)
No brands is willing to work with someone who has high demanding fans. No one wants to have to be careful because his fans could get mad and make issues. I've seen more than 1 deal be unfinished because of that. I've seen more than 1 actor loosing jobs cuz of fans. (4)
Because you want it or not, your behaviors impacts him & his relationships. If a brand feels attacked for working with him over a simple tweets or retweet, then they wont work with him a 2nd time. Why work with him and deal with demanding fans if they can get someone new? (5)
You love him and you're biased but brands and producers arent. They look for people who can promote and support peacefully. They have enough on their plate to not deal with fans demands. You can keep thinking there isnt a link. But the reality is not necessarily what u want it(6)
To be. Yes fans behavior have no direct impact, but they matter in the long run and the effect will be seen in a few years. Remember no one wants to walk on eggshells while working with an artist, and if it's something that happens for any reason and even for useless ones (7)
You're smart enough to understand what will happen. There's a reason european or American artist call their fan off, address them&speak to them rudely if needed to make them calm down. There is a reason some thai artist start to do so too. It's not only for their peace of mind(8)
It's for their work too. As I said, as Saint already said it too The industry is small, reputations go around fast. Please behave, dont be the fans who would bring him shame, who will make him uncomfortable around other actors/managers/brands/producers ect....(9)
Dont fight in tags, so that media wont use it & ask him embarrassing questions he shouldnt have to answer. In the industry there are plenty of I'll intentioned people dont add our behaviors to the toxicity existing in that industry

Remember his fans are both solo and cp, you willing or not, that's what he considers as MingErs. Solo arent superior and Cp arent superior. You are both equally MingEr for him. Try getting along for his sake. Hope we can support him beautiful together please (11)

Ps: There is a lot you dont know as a fan but it doesnt mean it doesnt happen. So please try always thinking of impact it could have on him before starting to fight/tweet or be demanding. As I said MingEr support him not for rewards, not to get noticed, not to get recognized.(12)
We dont do it to get something in return. We do it cuz we love him, that's how we show him how much we love him. We do it cuz his happiness is what matters the most to us, cuz his smile & happiness are our priority. So think of how he will feel before doing anything (13)

Remember brands have plenty good looking boys, plenty actors and models to choose from. Producers too. He is new and not the priority in here, they can easily replace him. So let's all work together to promote him peacefully. Let's not engage or protect petty attitudes (14)
