No Junk Food January is just 4 days away! Who is doing it with me besides @twowonfoe?! 👀👀👀
This means NO:

- junk food (cakes, cookies, cupcakes, brownies, potato chips, etc.)
- vegan meat alternatives

Acceptable packaged snacks are:
- Seaweed snacks
- Rice Cakes
- Gluten-free crackers
- tortillas
- bread (not all; read ingredients)
- hummus
- salsa
Basically we will be eating whole food plant-based for the entire month of January and killing it! I’m excited to kick this off because I have been snacking too much for the past few months due to quarantine 🥴
Also, by vegan meat alternatives, I mean Gardein, Morning Star, Beyond Meat, Impossible, etc.

Tofu, tempeh, jackfruit, mushrooms, cauliflower are acceptable when it comes to meat substitutes.
