Vaccines are made up of fragments of the virus (dead or alive), adjuvants (to incite an immune response) & preservatives - all are toxic to the body.

Vaccines play a major role in heavy metal toxicity within the body, but heavy metals are also accumulated from other sources, such as;

Heavy metals mimic certain essential minerals within the body & will compete for the same deposit sites. If your body is low on essential minerals, such as selenium, then your body will store more mercury.

The first thing you should do before starting a detox is to ensure all your detox pathways are clear and in good working order, to prevent the heavy metals from re-circulating within your body.

The detox pathways include;
* the liver
* the kidneys
* the lymphatic system (please see my previous thread on this for more info)
* the bowels
* the blader
* the skin via sweating
* the lungs (dont wear face masks!😉)

The detox works in two stages. The first stage is to dislodge the heavy metal from the tissue and the second stage is to bind the heavy metal to remove it from the body & prevent it from re-circulating & becoming stored else where within the body.

Dislodge the toxin -
Taking adequate amounts of the essential minerals that the heavy metals mimic will dislodge it from the tissue (brain, muscle etc).

Bind the toxin -
Once the heavy metal has been dislodged from the tissue it needs to be bound. There are several things that can bind heavy metals such as, Cysteine, activated charcoal, chlorella, cilantro, garlic & cod liver oil.

Heavy metals are attracted to fat so if you add cod liver oil to your diet it will help transport the toxin from the body.

Support your liver with beetroot. Beets are a valuable source of iron, magnesium, zinc, calcium, vitamin B3, B6 & C which all support health detoxification.

Drink plenty of purified water. Water is one of the most vital ways to cleanse every cell in the body from waste and allows us to excrete toxins via the blader, bowels and through sweating.

Take detox baths as often as you can. Two hand fulls of epsom salts and 20 drops of lavender essential oil in a warm bath will help draw out toxins and replenish minerals.

Eat more citrus fruits which contain pectin that are a good detoxifying substance. Citrus naturally removes heavy metals without depleting the body of important trace minerals.

Create an alkaline environment within the body by eating more organic fruits & veg that support the detox pathways and help clean the liver, bowels, skin and blood etc.

Exercise helps bring oxygen rich blood to the liver and kidneys which supports them in detoxifying the body. It also makes you sweat and release toxins from the skin.

Increase your glutathione levels, an antioxidant which helps detox the body. Consume more Brazil nuts, cruciferous veg, garlic & onions, eggs, lean protein, milk thistle & flaxseed to boost glutathione.

The important thing to remember is to keep supporting the liver & other detox pathways to prevent the body from re-circulating the toxins & heavy metals.
