I think I may have cracked the cryptic letter that Anthony Quinn Warner sent to Michelle L. Swing.

The letter stated:
“The attic has plywood and lighting, take a look. The basement is not normal, take a look. Woof woof Julio.”

I think he was referring to the Alpha box located on a utility pole just around the corner from his house.

If you look at Google Street View, there is a pole right next to a house that has wood on the upper portion of the house (the attic), and the lower portion (the basement) is not like the rest of the basements of other houses in the neighborhood.

Across the street is what looks like possibly a Latino (Julio) holding what looks like a dog.

I think Mr. Warner was clueing us in on the location of what he had an issue with. He keeps saying, “Take a look”. See the pics.

This is just a few houses up from Anthony Warner’s house. The utility pole with the Alpha box is right next to it. Alpha ( https://alpha.ca ) is in the 5G business. The house is at 201 Bakertown Ct. Anthony Warner’s house is at 115 Bakertown Rd.
