#Iran’s first Vice-president communicated the executive by-law for implementation of the law to scale up #nuclear activities to the relevant organizations. The law "Strategic Action for Lifting of Sanctions" was recently passed by the parliament & later approved by the cabinet.

Based on the by-law, #Iran's AEOI will prepare a comprehensive report on the current situation, the need for 20% enriched uranium & its technical & financial prerequisites, other related dimensions and submit it to the government within 2 months from the effective date of the law

The executive by-law says that by providing financial resources and technical prerequisites, #Iran's Atomic Energy Organization will take the necessary measures for 20% enrichment so that within a year, at least 120 kg of 20% enriched uranium will be stored.

In order to achieve a monthly production capacity of 500 kg of LEU, #Iran's Atomic Energy Organization, after obtaining the credit, will install and operate 1000 IR2m centrifuges and 1000 IR6 machines at three-month and one-year intervals, respectively.

#Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization will complete the process of launching Isfahan Metal Uranium Production Plant, so that the plant will be operational by the end of the deadline (within 5 months from the approval of the law).

#Iran’s AEOI is obliged to submit a report on the taken & remaining measures, required items & resources for the operation of the heavy water reactor and its optimization process separately to the government, and send the relevant schedule so as to be submitted to the parliament.

Relevant organizations, including Ministries of Petroleum, Foreign Affairs, Economy, Industry, Atomic Energy Organization, Central Bank, & the VP for Legal Affairs, led by MFA, are required to report on the implementation of the commitments by #JCPOA members by 18 Feb 2021.
