FYI Election Update 2
-SCOTUS to make a decision on PA within days. Likely to issue opinion and NO they did NOT agree to hear case by 1/6. That's fake news.
-IMO SCOTUS punts again.
- However, Trump team kinda betting on that.
- Lawsuit, as crafted by Eastman, is unique.

FYI Election Update 3
-It is crafted in a way that if SCOTUS rules against Trump, they must 1) overturn Bush v Gore precedent & 2) undermine the Electoral Count Act of 1887.
-The idea being it would strengthen VP ability to set ECA on the side on 1/6.
