The state leaning heavily on behavioural changes and not telling us how it’s dealing/ managing this crisis is so strange. Where is the infrastructure they were building into the system? There’s only so much responsible citizens can do.

Where are the social protections? Why are there no beds? Where are the ventilators that were being manufactured? Where are the doctors that were going to be absorbed into the system? Why has the vaccine roll out been moved to Q2? What happens in the interim?

A functional state with adequate resources and infrastructure vs responsible citizens aren’t mutually exclusive. Please don’t bore me.
