They have filed a notice of application against the Attorney General of Canada, claiming that the first-past-the-post voting system violates the section 3 and section 15 rights guaranteed to Canadians in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. We have secured affidavits from four expert witnesses who have crafted evidence in support of the claims made in that filing!
