What we know:
-One Rep and one Senator must both object to the electors in order for each House to debate & vote.

What we still don’t know for sure:
-The limits of Mike Pence’s power. Can he throw out slates in a stalemate? Is he a tie breaker? Is his job just to open envelopes?

The Current rules for elector objections (last updated 12/8/20) Page 12 of 13 seems to clarify the issue of governor certification in the event of a stalemate between the Senate and The House, but personally I’m unsure as to its lawfulness. https://crsreports.congress.gov/product/pdf/RL/RL32717/13
I believe their was fraud and I also believe they pulled it off. I would be shocked if Joe Biden isn’t sworn in on noon on January 20th.
