Last week, I listened to this episode featuring @GMillerJr & @tannerguzy.
100% worth your time.
They touched on a lot but I keep coming back to entrepreneurship & the parable of the talents. https://anchor.fm/narrowgate/episodes/Pursuing-Excellence-Over-Comfort-With-Tanner-Guzy-enodah/a-a445mpn

This is certainly my story & I know it to be the story of many other men stuck in Mega Inc.
The work was too safe. Growth = presenting ppt decks to ever higher levels of mgmt.

Instead of seeing all the ways I could fail, I now see all the ways I can succeed even if I fail. While entrepreneurship has grown my income, the greatest gains I made this year were mental. https://twitter.com/michaelperrone/status/1341822860977786880
I'm not saying everyone should quit their job and start risky businesses. But I do think everyone should quit any job that allows them to bury their talents.
