It is, obviously, *not* defamatory to state that @PaulEmbery's tweet was deliberately misleading.

As well as being misleading, @PaulEmbery's initial tweet was also wrong, as @sundersays points out. It is unfortunate that Paul continues to claim, falsely, that he was simply quoting NHS stats, when in fact he was misquoting them. https://twitter.com/sundersays/status/1342856219107745798?s=20
Finally, knowing he can't argue substance, Paul makes an argument of "principle": that the selective use of specific statistics, and the deliberate omission of others, *by definition* is not misleading, as long as the cited statistics are correct. This is idiotic & he knows it.
