Some quick updates on the Kellen Moore to Boise State situation:

There's some conflicting reports coming out but from what I've gathered, Boise has effectively offered the job to KM. His acceptance is contingent salary pool for the assistants he's already identified.
Apparently a KM confidant had warned him earlier in the week about how hard it is to keep assistants at Boise, so KM is drawing a hard line on the salary pool to be able to get, and keep, his guys there.

If Boise can't meet his ask, they'll go with Oregon DC Andy Avalos.
It seems like a big part that set this all into motion was Chris Petersen - former Boise HC when KM played there - reaching out to KM on behalf of Boise to initiate the discussions. Not clear if Petersen was also the one who warned him about assistant retention issues.
The conflicting report, though, comes in here. Boise is also conducting a search for a new AD, and it had seemed they were likely to land a HC before a new AD until this tweet surfaced. This could complicate the timeline for Boise if true. https://twitter.com/PeteThamel/status/1343263962163539969?s=19
There are whispers in the Oregon Ducks community that they're already moving on hiring a new DC, which would indicate Andy Avalos is preparing to take the job. Not at all sure how accurate that is though, just what I've been able to gather.
In short, there's not much concrete info rn, as the lack of a real AD atm has made things uncertain. But it looks like the job is Kellen's unless his demands aren't met, in which case he'd (likely) just remain in Dallas.
