1. Earlier today the question was asked: What did you learn from 2020? I jokingly replied but thought about it through the day.🤔

2020 has been a year of hardship and pain..but it has been a year of Learning for the majority of us...and perhaps we will one day be grateful.
2. We have come to realize the fragility of life; the importance of fighting for it; protecting it to the best of our ability. Science has played a major part in directing our living constructively with this killer virus, as also those who place their lives at risk to save others
3. Our focus has shifted in many instances and our awareness of the importance of those we love has been intensified. So many have lost loved ones.. and so very quickly! So many aching hearts and empty arms! Our lesson here being to cherish every moment with those we love.đź’•
4. During times of normality we are rarely alone..but this scourge altered that for many. There is aloneness quite apart from loneliness. Many of us overcame this through family, friends, and always our Twitter family were there through tough times. Resilience has become apparent.
5. Inner peace...reflection...gratitude for the simple pleasures: for beauty which surrounds us and creatures which so faithfully rely upon us; for memories; for love and for life itself.
Even patience is a gift I did not possess earlier. So 2020 has not been without purpose!đź’ś
