Everybody's lost all sense of proportion with Mikel. You could argue he's been the league's realest manager in front of the cameras. The first thing he did when he got the job, was to outline publicly the workrate, commitment and discipline expected from the players.
Apparently, he's a 'psychopath' and 'pathological liar' for not saying things that are not his place to say. What's he supposed to do? Tell the world he's not allowed to play Saliba because the deal was dodgy? Explain the countless Guendouzi incidents, throwing him under a bus?
Luiz trying to turn the dressing room against him and blackmailing the club during lockdown? Özil frozen out from up above just like under the previous 2 coaches?
The club needing to protect Bellerin's transfer value after trying to sell him in the summer? Who lets a 30 million asset deteriorate like that?
Nicolas Pépé feeling like he'll lose the ball every time he has it in the Europa league, let alone the PL. What's he supposed to do about that?

This is proper dishonesty that ruins lives on a human level. It all reeks of pure agenda. I haven't seen any real proof of any bad man management by Mikel. The evidence suggests the opposite.
