Mukhalingam ( https://goo.gl/maps/ArsXgnNs3ZsZw7SH7 ) is a village panchayat in Srikakulam district of AP, and is home to a group of three Śiva temples - Madhukeswara, Someswara, Bhimeswara - which have been variously dated by historians from late eighth century to early eleventh century CE.
the main temple ie Madhukeswara temple complex is the largest with few more temples inside the complex. the temple complex is very beautifully curved and is treat to eyes. its the most beautiful and in best shape temple around vizag.
another good thing about ds temple is dt during lunch, only d inner chamber is closed while d remaining temple remains open. whereas in most temples visited in north andhra, whole temple is closed down n locked like a shop n someone keeps key in pocket like an owner and leave.
the craving in the temple are the real beauty. but on the visiting day, i was bit low on luck as it was cloudy and the pics r not that clear.
Bheemeswara Temple is just next to the main temple at walkable distance. beautiful temple, few scriptures r kept inside the chamber.
