A little review of my 2020.
Had my Hartnups confirmed by medical labs.
Started niacinamide supplimenting & upping aminos intake-Via whey.
In early 2020 i ended up with a handicap parking pass due to the chronic pain. Used a riding cart at Walmart due to spacticity.

I could not stand for more than 10 minutes without having to lay back in an inclined position to rest my back & lower pain. I was taking codeine & aleve many times a day to try & get some pain management. Physio multiple times a day to manage the spacticity in my glutes

After tweaking supps the spacticity went AWAY COMPLETELY.
I started walking for PLEASURE. I got up to 6 miles a day from May to October. Before i could hardly walk 100 meters without needing to stop. I switched to barefoot, minimal soles & pelvic alignment improved=less pain.

I take asprin daily. Now for some pain management but no longer take ibuprofen or codeine much for pain. A massive gut health improvment move.
I have not used a walmart ride on cart since May. I have STAMINA. i have noted my seasonal depression is much less cumbersome this

Winter. The upping aminos thru complete aminos profile protein powders has helped a LOT.
Still a long journey to find the best protocols... But i'd say that 2020 has been a major positive year for my health. Something i'd almost forgottwn without doing a yearly review.

I need to remember these improvments when i get frustrated with myself that i've not lost a single ounce of bodyfat this year & that is slowing my BWE progress cause my carcass is too heavy for my arms to hoist myself up yet for pull ups, etc.

It is aggrivating how slow progress can feel compared to what i have actually accomplished in 2020. I have ABSOLUTELY CRUSHED chronic pain with NUTRITION & am improving my endocrine system balance with NUTRITION & sunlight.

No matter how slow i am moving.... I am still going forward. I need to remind myself of this more.
