Before reading this, you should know where I stand, I believe in them; there's no doubtful thing for me that Win was there with Bright celebrating his birthday.

Fyi, it is almost like U shaped sofa, with the longer edge on the right side. Bright sat in front of the sofa edge that facing the balcony while PKik sat on the part of the sofa that facing the TV.
It looks like the numbers of balloons increased compared to the earlier IGs.
Also the bunny balloons are in red-white color, the same as the balloons above, as well as the bouquet at the back.
And there was a Santa hat on the sofa. So the theme was red-white or Christmas.

So maybe someone was dressing like a santa.
But, if I look carefully (or maybe I haven't looked carefully enough) the bunny balloons weren't on the earlier IGs.
It was either someone just gave it atm or it was in one of the room, bedroom maybe. And there weren't many of it.

This is funny actually.
PKik even needed to touch Bright's shoulder so he'll look at their direction, because Bright focused on recording the balloons, especially the bunny one on the table.

Here is Bright's view. He moves from his cake so fast and record the balloons, the bunny one esp.

It wasn't PKik, bec his hand was on Bright's shoulder when the balloon fly up, and IDT the balloons came from PKik's direction.
Also, PKik tried to stop the balloon from coming to Bright. He couldn't be the one throwing the balloon and stopped it midway.

I think we all have the same person in mind when the words "playful" and "teases" are in question.

Look at those tags. they purposely tagged each other like "ONLY US HERE" even though they didn't show each other's face. Like what's the point of tagging when they weren't in the frame?
Esp PAof, he rarely tagged people if the person wasn't in the frame. So weird.

Funny how only Bright who showed their faces, not even PKik showed the surroundings.
All I can think of is they were trying to hide someone, for reasons. But that someone, we know how he is always brave, the balloon throwing just showed how he was having fun too even without

My personal opinion, the cake wasn't from Win, I don't know how to explain it but I think Win already surprised Bright before the Live, before he went to Golf field.

two seconds later he was on the field. Which he also posted when the place was close. I think he made worst alibi
Oh well, he was busy watching Bright's IG Live that's why he couldn't post the stories when he was at the golf place.

Why I think Win surprised him before the IG Live bec PKik has been there but we don't see him posting any celebration with those balloons if it was from him. 
Also, it was close to midnight when he blew the candle, so the cake should be from Korn or Bonson.

No, I think he just finished crying the entire day.
I think he cried last night, cried in the morning, cried at noon and it wasn't because of sadness but he was touched by the amount of love he got. He said this year is his best birthday.

Did you see Pkik on the photo of merit in the morning? No right. We only saw him taking pictures of the fam when they're about to go back.

Why Win couldn't be seen there?
Bright said he wanted people to see him from his work, whether he is taken or single, it's his private matter.
Why can't they pretend they are just friends?
