When examining the reasons, all of these methods of operation were all determined based upon a specific target, and when the target disappeared, then the method of operation also lost its existing value. Methods of operation which truly possess vitality must be an "empty basket."
Adaptability and a willingness to deploy what ever measures are necessary is imperative.

In this regard, the deployment of PSYCH warfare by our own people/ret military/grifters alone has been extremely successful immobilizing our people & thus benefiting our greatest enemy.
