The idea that global warming can be meaningfully mitigated (except possibly by adding aerosols), let alone solved or stopped is the biggest hoax and the biggest mass delusion in history.
And it's extremely dangerous because it's distracting humanity from preparing for imminent catastrophic climate impacts on food and water supplies.

We are alive during a Permian-like extinction event, except that our event is 100 times faster, with environmental toxification and habitat destruction by humans thrown in for good measure.

Once we understand this most basic fact, that CO2 is the "control knob" of global temperature, we then look to see what temperature is produced by the level of CO2 presently in the atmosphere.
