Some members of the negotiation team have actively engaged with media upon their return to Kabul from the first round of talks with the Taleban in Doha. Here are some of the lines from their media engagement (THREAD):

#Afghanistan
2) Two articles are important in the rules of procedures: resolution of disagreements through a joint committee, and Doha agreement in addition to three other principles to serve as the basis for the talks (Ahmadi, ibid)
3) The Taleban have not proposed an interim government. They would rather seek a permanent government based on "Shura-ye ahl ul-hal wal aqd or a political reconciliation," which is negated. Another option is to agree on a roadmap including interim arrangement (Ahmadi, ibid)
4) Holding talks inside Afghanistan is an ideal but unlikely in terms of its actual feasibility. Release of remaining Taleban prisoners and withdrawal of foreign forces are tied to a permanent ceasefire and agreement on a political roadmap (Ahmadi, ibid)
used by other terrorist groups to launch attacks.
6) Did not see any "suspicious thing" or any "malicious" motive from the host, Qatar. Its effort was to help the two sides reach common language and understanding. It provided basic facilities, not ideal (Matin Bek, ibid)
7) It was unfortunate that the HCNR was not operational during the first round of talks. It is a platform which should provide direction and guidelines. The team would consult with both Ghani and Abdullah as well as other political leaders in the first round (Matin Bek, ibid)
8) The US-Taleban agreement had given a sense of a "government in waiting" to the Taleban which has now changed. But the US is instrumental to the peace process and for the future of Afghanistan (Matin Bek, ibid)
10) The Taleban's ideology about about "Shias, women, elections, music, arts and human rights have not changed" has not changed since 25 years ago and their demand of "Islamic system" is unclear (Hafiz Mansur and others) https://tolonews.com/afghanistan-168735
