There is some fascinating stuff in the detail of this agreement

It is not the end of Brexit - it is a truce until 2026
The 2026 'review' of the agreement is going to be like Brexit all over again - woo hoo!
The agreement has been expressly devised to be easily 'supplemented' by other EU-UK agreements that will be subject to it

It is, in effect, a five year framework agreement, which will roll-over automatically to the next five year review, unless terminated on one year's notice
So in five years time, and every five years after that, Rejoiners could be in a position to broaden and deepen the agreement, and vice versa Brexiters may wish to narrow and diminish the agreement

No international agreement is set in stone, and this one certainly is not.
Why five years?

Well

In a great triumph for UK 'taking back control', the proposed five year review cycle fits neatly with...

...the terms of the European Commission, the European Parliament and even the presidency of the European Council

This is hilarious
So the UK only gets the formal right to review the agreement every five years, set to the convenience of the EU five year terms
