I personally believe we suddenly will see @SunetraGupta or @mgmgomes1 studies exposed at light and aired, and, funny, heterogeneity & lower HI threshold will be presented as good

Also we'll begin to hear about the protection ANY degree of HI brings, and news will turn to crisis

At late spring, riding the seasonal virus strong decrease, and probably ending a long descend on testing, the epidemic will go to a second level in media and gov attention and most restrictions will disappear

I'll bet noone thinks we can survive more than a few months of madness

Then Terra Incognita appears, fear had been so deeply inserted in society that nobody can advance how we could go back to normal.

A struggle between the scared, craving for safety under high vax numbers, and all those pushed by misery back to normal, is seeded.

Media and gov will then probably give us another hypocrisy lesson.

Both HI threshold and partial protection will release pressure and fear stop will be common place.

By the time, the other C word, Crisis, will be eating reality.

We should accelerate this process, as we definitely are worsening not only the economic disaster, but the criminal mass killer of health care exceptionality for covid

We won't. The famous 3rd wave is scheduled soon, and only at its fade, the back to normal will impose

Once covid fear, ~2022, is devoured by crisis you'll NEVER hear again about covid, masks, lockdowns, curfews, accumulated incidence and the rest of CV folklore.

No new pandemic world arising.
