Should EU law continue to be taught?
The answer I think is yes, but it isn't tenable that it be given the same weight it has been for the last 25 years or so in education. It should become an option everywhere.

That doesn't mean it is unimportant, but rather that there are *lots* of UK law matters of considerable importance that are not compulsory in most institutions (company law, personal property law, agency, sale, even human rights as a freestanding course).

Quite a lot of EU law now belongs in courses on trade.
The constitutional law material can now be largely omitted, save on comparative law courses.
