It's really bad guys. The alleged corrupted official on JAKIM side was Dr Sirajuddin Suhaimee, the ex-Director at Halal Hub Division. He has been moved to another division starting Jan 2020 because Fuziah wanted an honorable way out for him 
Allegedly, Mohamad Adil Rahman, a SICHMA official knew halal and non-halal carcasses were mixed together and that the animals died from stunning and still he insisted that the mixed meat be certified as halal
Apparently Mohamad Adil Rahman was also the Oceania Halal Academy (OHA) Chairman. "Mustafa" was employed by Mohamad Adil as a slaughterman and claimed he wss instructed to certify carcasses that are haram to halal by removing non-halal tags and changing them to halal where carcasses continued in the halal production line.
"Raslan" said Adil Rahman was simultaneously the state supervisor for Sichma, an Abbatoir Auditor and a labour supplier, supplying halal slaughtermen mainly to Sichma
Raslan alleged that Adil Rahman used his influence to remove AHFS as suppliers to JAKIM and MUIS and worked to have ICCV removed from JAKIM accreditation as ICCV had disobeyed him
He also engaged in modern-day enslavement and if an abbatoir disagrees with such arrangements, the abbatoir will lose their halal meat export licence.
Asia Sentinel said that after it made ICCV's termination public, JAKIM pomised its directors that ICCV would be immediately reinstated
