Clg management has not been paid the bills for fees reimbursement from June 2019
He just cleared previous bills of old govt (3 months due) which every govt clears (cbn cleared Kiran Kumar reddys)

What he is doing- decreased clg fees so that govt can pay least possible amount as fees reimbursement to clgs via mothers account

Fees reimbursement is a part of it only one per house is eligible for amma vodi where if big brother in a house gets Amma vodi it’s considered as reimbursement and his small brother looses it
This also lead forceful fee compulsion by clg management
