I have failed many times over the last 12 years, I've failed because of peer pressure, sabotage, unprepared social situations, given into cravings, let guard down because of alcohol, you name it I've done it 1/5
Over the years of making these mistakes I was learning from them, understanding my trigger foods, my problem times and places and learning what I had to do to keep them from happening 2/5
Everyone of us in @DoctorTro clinic have failed all these situations & every diet you can think of, and we all have learned how to manage and defence for them, it takes time to understand your hunger and learn strategies for the long haul 3/5
None of us gave up, everytime we fell we got up, we put it behind us and pushed forward, constancy is key to long term success, you wouldn't quit your job, school or sport because of a minor mistake so quitting on a diet because of one doesn't make sense either 4/5
You're going to make mistakes, know that going in & tell yourself that no matter what happens you're not going to quit, negative effects from a mistake are temporary but quitting is forever. You didn't get here in a day, a day won't define the long term outcome. 5/5
