Some might be worried, but not me and certainly not Ripple.
@Ripple declined a settlement outside of court as they (and anyone with common sense) can see that XRP is certainly not a security.

XRP is a digital asset which has been adopted by businesses all across the globe such as @Coil @CinnamonVideo @inside_r3 @travalacom & many more.

The XRP Ledger is an open source decentralised network which anyone can join, you do not need to seek Ripple's permission before doing so.
Heck, even the SEC themselves are running an XRP node so they are already aware of this fact.

Not to mention the SEC have only 𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚𝙙 XRP is a security, this prompts decision in court which will eventually provide regulatory clarity to a plethora of digital assets in the space.

Further more, the SEC have the aim of protecting investors, yet a claim was not filed for 7 years!
FUN FACT: @Ripple has been seeking regulatory clarity for multiple years and I would argue is one of the most regulatory compliant companies in crypto.

The SEC is the odd one out, countries such as UK, Japan and many more categorised XRP as a currency, in fact, the SEC opinion of XRP directly conflict with other regulatory bodies within the US, unbelievable.
