We still don't know if this is definitely the guy, but if it is, then @JettGoldsmith was right on the money.

The court records above prove that there is indeed a 63 year-old white male named Anthony Quinn Warner living in Nashville, TN. However, we really don’t know anything else.

He transferred his residence to a Michelle Swing for $0.00, according to records on the county website.

Why? B/c Warner granted his residence to a woman named Michelle Swing, & there's a Michelle Swing who works for a company called AEG Presents, run by Tim Leiweke—a man who once gave Bill Clinton a basketball.
