Got to thinking about securities, the Howey test, and #XRP. Something I heard from one of the Blockstars podcasts made me recall when Roger Ver mentioned why #Ripple does not have a consumer facing wallet. Let's go on a quick trip....it'll be worth it

Here's the clip with Roger Ver on why we don't have a Ripple wallet: https://twitter.com/digitalassetbuy/status/1308025725560057856?s=19
Ok now listen to @s_alderoty and @joelkatz discuss securities in this #Blockstars podcast from 15:05-19:05 mark. Pay close attention to the beavers

BTW David Schwartz also called out the beavers

Conclusion: Since #Ripple doesn't custody #XRP for retail users, XRP is not a security. #XRP holders can do whatever they want with their XRP after purchase on the market. Retail XRP holders do not even buy XRP directly from Ripple.
