Found out that my mentee's offer letter salary was $25,000 lower than the regional average.

FYI: the same hospitals that put out that June antiracism statement are still pulling this crap on Black women.

To my sisters, do not sign anything without asking a Black woman mentor.
Cuz we'll be damned if we let what happened to us happen to you.

This racism leads to burnout from working multiple jobs to get enough income to pay off our loans & bills and save to create legacy for our families, we dreamed of.

This is evil.

Yet this is America in 2020.
