Tip 1: Go outside

Most people become depressed by sitting inside all day

Going outside can provide a distraction from the internal turmoil
Tip 2: regulate your diet

You are what you eat

If you eat like shit you’re gonna feel like shit

Find a balance and eat cleaner, your body will thank you
Tip 3: sunlight

The sun can heal you mentally and physically

The sun doesn’t just help you open your third eye, it also charges you energetically

Being in more sun can be the difference maker between peace and calamity
Tip 4: release the victim mindset

Depression is hard, I get it.

I used to self harm, both my arms are covered in scars

You have to stop being a victim just because things are bad

Control what you can control and let go of what you can’t control

The world isn’t against you
Tip 5: drink more water

The human body is made up of 90% water

When you deprive your body of water you’re prone to dehydration

In a state like this you won’t feel 100%

Don’t allow dehydration to add to an already pressing issue
Tip 6: choose to believe

Belief is everything

You have to believe depression can be healed before you notice results

It may not be something you created

it’s an issue you make stronger by allowing that energy to linger around

Being lazy and unmotivated is only hurting you in the long run

When you exercise you’re training your body and callocing your mind

A hardened mind won’t succumb to the entity of depression

Meditation is a key to changing brain wave patterns and your thought process

If you can change your thoughts you can change your life

If you can change your life depression won’t be an issue

This is part of shadow work
Tip 9: uplifting music

You don’t have to play the most positive shit in the world

However playing sad songs is keeping you sad, you’re in a loop

Play music that lifts your mood and makes you feel good

Remove all sad music from your phone, it’s nothing but poison ☠️
Tip 10: frequencies

Listening to frequencies can work wonders for your brain

The brain responds to frequency since it operates on an energetic level

This is a good frequency to help you
Tip 11: social media

If you follow depressed people or look at sad content you might end up depressed

Change who you follow and make sure they’re realistic

Toxic positivity and joking about sadness will not fix your problems

The gut and the mind are linked together

Therefore, this means when you fill your gut with shit you will feel like shit

If you hang around 5 depressed people you will become the 6th

If you hang around 5 positive people you will in turn become more positive
That’s what I did and it helped me tremendously

You can try therapy and also consult a doctor if necessary

If doctors and medicine aren’t your thing contact a spiritual healer

If you are currently taking antidepressants do not stop taking them without talking to your doctor
