HOW TO HANDLE STOMACH TROUBLES AFTER OVEREATING

Yesterday was Christmas and you have probably overfed that you feel so uncomfortable in your stomach, with the few methods below, you should be able to find relief

A THREAD.
1. Remove any tight cloth around your stomach.

This should be the first step, because there should not be pressure inside and still pressure outside again, remove your belts too, you can wear free shirts/pants
2. Go for a walk.

Do not run, running will cause blood to flow to your legs(not stomach) and digestion will be slower.

Walking helps you get food through your stomach and intestines faster.
3. Do not lie down.

Lying down with so much food in your stomach may push the food upwards instead of downwards.

It may prolong/worsen the issue.
5. You can try a digestive aid.

You can go to the nearest pharmacy and get one if the problem persists after trying other options.

Antacids can help.
