2. DEV Community: Looks like this is the most popular but it’s an amazing platform created by Forem for dev blogging. It has lots of features apart from the Dev Blogging feature http://dev.to
3. Hackernoon: Hackernoon is a very huge platform with lots of developers. In this community, you can find lots of community builders and even developers. It’s mainly for reading and writing technical articles.
