2-When Mahmood Pracha asked Muslims to legally apply for arms for self defense to protect themselves against lynchings, this is what he meant. Godi Media, as usual twisted it to portray as if he was giving some arms training to Muslims. Liberal Media was silent. They are enablers
3- Yesterday Pracha's office was raided. Pracha was fighting for the release of Muslims wrongfully accused in Delhi pogrom. The liberal media is silent again.
4-Pracha is different. He takes up difficult cases. He takes up those cases that would make so-called 'liberals' shit their pants (eg- he is fighting for Jagtar Singh Hawara). He ensures that justice is given to every disenfranchised person.
5-This has earned him the tag of an 'anti-national' who fights for 'terrorists'.The person before him who tried to do that was Shahid Azmi. We all know what happened to him. His family is still awaiting justice.
6- Pracha secured bail for Ahmed Kazmi, who was accused in the Israeli diplomat car attack case, and he is also fighting Jagtar Singh Hawara's case (google if you are unaware).
7-In an interview he criticised both the Central and Punjab govt for turning a blind eye to the atrocities being committed on Hawara in jail.
8-Pracha said that Hawara's case should be used to show the violent means the state employs to break its prisoners esp if they are minorities (in this case, a Sikh).
9-CBI raided his office yesterday . God knows what he will be put through. We don't deserve such lawyers. We didn't deserve Shahid Azmi. We don't deserve him. May God protect him, because we certainly won't.
