I have personally processed 125 files yesterday each containing 19000+ records crediting 479Crores in 24 lakh accounts.

..So that there would be no other work and the #PMKisan benefit transfer will be the only priority for participating banks.
We were at office from 8AM to 5PM. So were many other people who were assisting. 2/n

These 125 files were ECS Credit files which did NOT involve either RTGS or NEFT mode of transfer.
An ECS credit is either ACH or APB transfer. No RTGS/NEFT used!

**APB actually stands for Aadhar Payment Bridge. Aadhar Based Payment is how I knew it earlier and it lingered.
