Point of clarification: The “Batman building” is the one being analyzed here in this post. It is NOT the one that “blew up.” The ATT data building where the explosion was at is two blocks away. However, it would be naive to say these buildings are not connected. Still digging.
Just so you understand the proximity of the two buildings:
