Ok I am PISSED. Here is why.
The underserved areas in our country are afraid they are forgotten and will not get vaccinated. There are no pharmacies close by. Here is my 1, 2, 3 easy solution, using Moderna vaccine.

2. Obtain a supply of vaccine, needles, syringes.
3. I can buy my own gloves, alcohol swabs, bandaids, hand sanitizer.
4. Xerox copies of charting/documentation to record shots. Bring 2-3 pens.
5. Put two-three folding chairs on top of back seat.

6. Get into red VW 2006 beetle.
7. Park car in front of a church, a park, in a legal parking space in a neighborhood.
8. Administer vaccines.
Why is this so hard! I know the vaccine has to be at a certain temperature, but maybe not as critical with Moderna.

All I can say to my black and brown and Asian friends, is hang on. You are not forgotten. As soon as we get some forward thinking people using critical thinking, we will get this problem solved. Can't NEVER did anything. YES we can.
I am not a math person, but giving 10,000 vaccines a week = 520,000/year so no herd immunity in Oregon for 3 more years. And 1,000,000 vaccines a week = 52,000,000/year. Same problem. It will take about 5 years to gain herd immunity in United States. #CovidVaccine #SDOH
