-Police responded to a report of shots fired just before 6:00am near 2nd and Commerce street in downtown Nashville
-Officers came across a suspicious RV parked near an AT&T transmission building.

(Note: the AT&T transmission building is NOT the same as massive Batman Building located downtown)
-A warning saying "Evacuate now. There is a bomb. A bomb is in this vehicle and will explode" began blaring from the RV and shortly afterwards a 15 minute countdown began

- Flights out of BNA are currently unavailable at this time as well. This was initially set to be resolved at 3:00pm, however at this time only some of the flight corridors at the airport are open for usage

- at this time, human remains have been found at the site of the explosion. However, it's unclear whether these belong to a victim or suspect

There is not evidence available to suggest any kind of motive, ideology, etc behind whoever detonated the vehicle.
Frankly, the wild speculation being done by experts and journalists alike has made it a fucking nightmare for local journalists to try to work through.

As of today the AT&T outage is still ongoing. However, per @Tennessean there are two portable cell sites in downtown Nashville and repairs are currently underway. https://www.tennessean.com/story/news/crime/2020/12/26/att-outage-internet-911-phones-nasvhille-updates-saturday/4046849001/
the outage has also impacted the Davidson County Sheriff's Office. At this time, all phone lines to the DCSO are down. This includes calls to inmates.

Per CBS News, a key person of interest is Anthony Quinn Warner, 63, From Antioch. Antioch is located just outside of Downtown Nashville
