On January 29, 1978, he was arrested for felony possession of controlled substance in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee. He was found guilty on November 8, 1979. Represented by Pat Flynn, he appeared before Judge Raymond Leathers on January 25, 1980.
This expired business license is Electrical installation. Annual sales for Custom Alarms Electronics are around USD 70,000.00.” It lists Warner’s name as the principal & the Bakertown Rd address. It’s described as an “alarm contracting company” in state records.
Online records show that Warner’s name is linked to a company called Custom Alarms Electronics, but it doesn’t come up in corporate records. All I can find is that this “Custom Alarms Electronics" is located in Nashville, Tennessee, and was founded in 2000.
So Warner was a contract alarm installer in the area. He has been living in a two-story red brick House at 115 Bakertown Road in Antioch, Tennessee since 1995.
Images of his Antioch house captured on Google Maps in May 2019 show a white recreational vehicle parked in the yard, which is surrounded by a wooden fence.
As I said earlier on November 25, 2020, he gave his Antioch house via a quit claim for $0 to Michelle Louise Swing, an unmarried woman born in 1991 and a resident of Los Angeles, California, she claims she's never met the guy, and out of the blue he gives her a house 
About 1:33 AM on December 25, 2020 the RV is parked on 2nd St. At around 6:45 am, an RV exploded outside the AT&T transmission building on Second Avenue North in Nashville. The vehicle was similar to the one seen parked outside his Antioch house.
At around 11:00 AM on December 26, 2020, the FBI and ATF EOD agents went to his house in Antioch to investigate whether or not he was the man behind the RV explosion on December 25, 2020 in Nashville.
At around 2:30 PM on December 26, 2020, the FBI and ATF agents who entered his Antioch house cleared it and confirmed that no one was inside. The white RV previously parked in the yard was also no longer there.

Okay there was a second property Quit Deeded over to Maria Swing in March 2019, something is not adding up with this non relationship she claims.

She has also passed along a the letter he sent to her to the FBI. The letter contains detailed information about the home he gifted her last month. The letter also revealed Warner said his basement was “not normal” and urged her to “take a look”.
Said he was going to spend time in the woods with his dogs. Nothing indicating he was going to bomb downtown.
Swing further told the FBI that Warner once had a relationship with Swing's mother. So now the gifting houses is making more sense.
