Had just enough for paying Property Taxes,

Everything was planned out.
Traded in old phones and flipped so many things to earn that money.
Legit, everything was researched and the best prices were gotten.
Negotiated down property taxes for the year, got an agent to find the best quotes for & insurance.

Literally, saved $1000s from all the #negotiating and saved $$ for those gifts.
Really shooting for that "saving 15% or more on..."

Felt amazing to gift everyone something they deserved.

But paying off those bills and watching everything saved throughout the year go out the window...hurt.
