Keep in mind the #nashvilleexplosion warned people w/ a PA announcement with 15 minutes notice. It appears the intent wasn’t to harm innocent lives but to take out a strategic target. What was the target? Who wants to create damage but not innocent lives? Not #terrorism dig deep!
