A few brothers were really triggered by one of my tweets yesterday. Instead of talking to me about evidence or inquiring about what I said, they resorted to name calling and starting beef. The real tragedy was that their disses weren't even funny :p

Therefore, I have blocked some brothers. Some of whom I really respect. Honestly, I just don't have the time for such convos.
This year has shown me that our work is very important. Like the attacks that have stopped our institute, I see these are distractions to our goal.

As for the ruling, I am certain that I have evidence for it as it is the standard Hanafi ruling and I have taught it with evidence to my Aalim class (also answering the brothers' proofs).
I just don't see an incentive to put in the hours of penning it down.

tldr: If I block you, it really isn't personal. I just feel like many brothers have time and energy to distract me into getting into arguments that I just don't want to get into.

Also, if your account just focuses on attacking people, it just makes me weary to respond to you because I just don't know if I want that kind of long term commitment in my life
