How to raise our vibration? There are many ways we can raise our vibes. The general advice is to do what brings us joy and excitement from deep within.
Learn to just be. Allow to find time for yourself to just be present. Meditation is good, but even sitting in a park surrounded by nature will work too. Try to stop the train of thoughts and just observe everything around you. Breath deeply.
Spend some time in the sun. The light coming from the sun carries information, light codes that activate our DNA. It charges our auras. This is why we feel gloomy during winters or when it's overcast. The sun is a physical representation of unconditional love of God, so get some.
Doing things that are creative will also raise your vibes. You can play instruments (if you can), do creative things with your kids, you can cook, do some gardening, play with your dog, sing, dance, take a walk in nature, ride a bicycle, swim, etc.

If you have time to watch a movie, try to pick something that uplifts one's spirit. There are feel good movies out there. Comedies are good too. Laughter is of a very high vibration. Avoid TV at all cost. What it offers is just ego-based programming to keep you in the ego mode.

Avoid negative people. There's no point of hanging out with them as they will only try to bring you down to their level so that they can feed off your energy. Exception perhaps is a person who is cognizant of his/her negativity and is trying to overcome it.
Avoid any processed and or heavy food. Include more fresh, raw ingredients in the meals that you prepare for yourself. Choose organic produce if you can. Your body knows what it needs so listen to your body and your intuition.
Don't forget to pamper yourself from time to time. Enjoy a nice bath with bath salts, essential oils, and crystals. Relax. The salts will draw toxins through your skin. Water will cleanse you and, high vibrational oils, and crystals will charge your energy systems.
