some jewish stereotypes about appearance are:
big/hooked nose, beady eyes, drooping eyelids, curly hair

does this mean every villain with one of these characteristics is an antisemitic trope? not necessarily
but if a character, especially villain, fits most of these stereotypes it’s very likely that character is rooted in antisemitic ideals

most conspiracy theories are rooted in antisemitism
example: controlling the media, world domination, lizard people etc.
basically if something mentions a group of people controlling various things, it’s most likely rooted in antisemitism.

one last thing, you can have jewish villains and characters. the problem arises when those characters are just stereotypical caricatures of jewish people.
