There are dozens of indelible moments in #ItsAWonderfulLife - but two that stand out for me:
1. During the bank run, when Mary makes the incredibly selfless decision to give up the honeymoon to the man she's loved since she was a child. She saves the day. Her selflessness is
as deep as George's.

2. When the entire town comes together for George & Ernie reads the telegram from Sam Wainwright. Sam comes off as a rich blowhard during parts of the film, but when push came to shove, he was ready to help his old pal. The themes of friendship & community
are as important as any in Capra's film. It's what helped them stop Potter from taking over the town. The end of the movie crystallizes the power that a community of people who look out for each other have. it's just...perfect.
