Everyone has that vague sense that there must be more to life and I’ve never been a part of a larger community of people that realize that a d are actively doing something with that information as #Bitcoin twitter

The revolution that Jesus brought that day when he showed up on earth as a baby didn’t look like the revolution that the people on earth had at that time
The revolution was gradually revealed and often through parables and confusing stories
He picked 12 random guys to help him that would have never been picked by any other teachers in that day

And then when he would show up in a new town to preach he would start at the temple but more often than not would be asked to leave when his teaching didn’t line up with the teaching of the establishment
So they would head to the outskirts and just talk on the hill out there

How much do you want to bet that the crowds that gathered around Jesus on the hills outside the town were labeled conspiracy theorists and wrong thinkers by the established teachers in the temple back in town?
When the insider group of pharisees eventually used their political connections to have Jesus murdered for creating an uprising want to know what happened after his last breath?
The earth shook and the veil in the temple was torn.

Plebs no longer had to talk to an intermediary who would then go behind the curtain and talk to God and then come back out to tell you what he said.
That paradigm is dead, when Jesus sacrificed himself and beat earthly death he paved the way for you to not need a middle man.

That’s what I celebrate today, that’s what Christmas means to me. This story of freedom is the most lindy story of our time.
That story is what fuels in me a sense of urgency to get this show on the road and rip some veils and flip over some tables.
