Why I oppose #TourOfDuty plan 1. If cost saving is purpose thn such proposals are already on table recommended by various pay commissions.. Lateral Absorption in Civil Govt Stream 2. It will hit regimentation system which is real combat power of Indian Military 3....
3. Will reduce jobs in Rural Areas... Don't forget soldiers and policemen bring cash flows to rural economies 4. Farmining communities will be worst hit. It will kill them financially 5. Unemployed Military trained youths will create law and order problem..Will fuel insurgencies
6 Why Interview for Soldiers entry? Is idea is to recruit only from certain backgrounds like RSS... Such approach will divide society and may trigger civil war...
