Per tradition, I will now post some highlights from the Star Wars Holiday Special from 1978, which George Lucas said he'd like to smash every copy in existence of with a sledgehammer.
The Holiday Special opens with a ten minute conversation between Mala (Chewie's wife), Itchy (Chewie's grandfather), and Lumpy (Chewie's Son). There are no subtitles.
Chewie's friend Saun Dann brings over gifts for his family while he is still racing home with Han for Life Day, and alludes to the fact that he got Chewie's grandpa porn....
He DID, in fact, get Chewie's grandpa porn - or the Star Wars equivalent, at least? It stars Diahann Carroll and goes on for like ten whole minutes.
Imperial Officers barge into Chewie's home and search the family's belongings, during which one of them sits down and watches a FIVE MINUTE LONG JEFFERSON STARSHIP MUSIC VIDEO!
We then get to the best part of the special, though, the cartoon segment! It features the debut of one BOBA FETT - who rides a dinosaur. Fuckin badass.
