On December 21, Congress approved a COVID relief bill that extends PUA and PEUC, and renews weekly FPUC supplemental assistance in the amount of $300. However, the bill has not been signed into law. DES continues to prepare and track developments closely.
If you are receiving benefits, please continue to file your weekly certifications as long as you remain unemployed. This will ensure that we can provide you with timely benefit payments in the event of an extension of these programs.
