Despite it appearing that Joe Biden is going to be our next President, the election is in fact not over yet.

Trump has 2 cards remaining in his deck:

The Pence Card
The Trump Card

Here is how the week of Jan 6th will go down in history:

The Pence Card:

On Jan 6th, Congress will gather to certify the electoral college (“EC”) and elect a new President.

Vice-President Pence will preside over the session.

This day will likely not go smoothly because 7 states have sent “dueling electors.”
Long story short is that Pence and the GOP will try to contest the 7 swing state’s EC votes for Biden.

Their strategy will involve attempting to deny Biden 270 EC votes.

For more information on how this will likely go down, see @Maximus_4EVR pinned thread.
If this Pence card is successful, denying Joe Biden 270 EC votes will immediately force a contingent election.

This means that the President of the United States will be voted on by the House of Representatives and the Vice-President selected by the Senate.

How???...
Unlike normal votes however, each state gets 1 vote.

Republicans control 26 states, Democrats control 24 states. The Senate will likely be 51-49 for Pence as VP.

Trump wins.

However, there is a good chance the Pence Card might fail…leaving Trump with 1 card left...
THE TRUMP CARD:

The Constitution grants original jurisdiction on the Supreme Court in ANY case suit brought by the United States against a state.

So far, all of Trump’s lawsuits have “failed.”

But have they actually "failed." or were these simply minesweepers?
These “failures” are actually minesweepers, probing, and testing to find weakness in the courts and give Trump additional time to craft his TRUMP CARD lawsuit.

What is the lawsuit???

The United States v. PA, WI, MI, GA.
Yes, if the Pence Card fails, Trump will instruct his new Attorney General to file a lawsuit on behalf of the republic of the United States against 4 states, likely on Jan. 7th.

This lawsuit will force the Supreme Court’s hand and force them to get involved.

Trump wins 5-4
